Returns Policy

Returns

If your Sweet Treats order arrives faulty, damaged or the order is incorrect, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If you have ordered the wrong product or wish to return for any other reason, unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to food and safety regulations.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once a return has been received we will process a refund (minus postage costs) as soon as possible.
If you need to return your order, please contact us first quoting your name and order number and reason for return.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that your order(s) cannot be fulfilled, we will refund your debit/credit card for the full amount received. We will not be able to refund for any delayed or lost orders. If you have not received your order within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel any orders once they have been processed. However please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you if the order has not yet been processed. Please have your order number and details ready when you call us.
